Episode 40: Rice Pudding


  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 & 1/4 cups soy milk (we used vanilla soy milk in this recipe)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • berries of your choice


  • Heat soy milk in a small pot over medium heat
  • Add rice and reduce heat to a simmer
  • Stir occasionally for 10 minutes
  • (You may need to add a little more soy milk to maintain moist consistency)
  • When the rice is moist, add honey and cinnamon and stir well
  • Servie with berries of your choice
