Episode 29: Power Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 tablespoonful nut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 2 handfuls kale
  • 1 cup ice

Special equipment:

  • Blender

Directions:

  • Add soy milk to blender
  • Add nut butter
  • Add banana
  • Add kale
  • Add ice
  • Blend until smooth then serve!
