Episode 09: Vegan Cornbread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 3 tsps baking powder
  • 1 can of creamed corn
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 tsps agave

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with a wooden spoon until you get a thick mixture
  • If mixture is too dry, add a little almond milk
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Spoon mixture onto oiled baking dish
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes
